Refund & Returns Policy
Images and Product Variations
– Images displayed on the website are for reference only. The actual arrangement, design, and shape of flowers may vary due to the sourcing from local vendors and manual arrangement. No refunds will be provided for claims based on image variations. MillionsFlowers guarantees the delivery of the exact number of flowers as ordered.
Order Cancellation
– Cancellation requests must be sent to support@millionsflower.in at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time to qualify for a refund of the order value paid. No refunds will be made once the delivery process has been initiated. Discounts, offers, or any exempted amounts will not be considered in the refund.
Refund Conditions
– Refunds will be issued if the order is not delivered due to any reason, after deducting a 5% processing fee. MillionsFlowers is not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by the customer.
– If a product from a combo or multiple product order is missed or undelivered by the delivery partner, MillionsFlowers will either re-deliver the missed item or provide a partial refund for the undelivered product.
Damaged Products
– If a product is delivered in a damaged condition, it must be reported within 12 hours of delivery. No claims will be entertained after this period. In such cases, MillionsFlowers will attempt to repair the product or arrange a re-delivery.
Incorrect Information
– No refunds will be made for deliveries that fail due to incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer.
Recipient Refusal
– No refunds will be made if the recipient refuses to accept the product. Such orders will be considered delivered.
Delivery Timings
– Standard delivery timings are between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. While we strive to deliver within the specified timeframe, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be made for delayed deliveries.
Special Circumstances
– In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or natural disasters, we will make every effort to reattempt delivery as soon as possible without a refund.
Same-Day Delivery
– While we aim for same-day delivery, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time unless special arrangements have been made and paid for in advance. Any cancellations or address changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations requested after this timeframe will not be refunded.
Quality Guarantee
– We guarantee the quality of our flowers upon receipt. If your flowers are damaged during transit, please notify us within 24 hours to arrange for a replacement or refund, as perishable items cannot be claimed beyond this time frame.
Amendments to Policy
– MillionsFlowers reserves the right to amend its refund and cancellation policy from time to time. If any substantial changes are made, we will notify you by email or through an announcement on the website.
